The  EVROPANEL  is a material that creates new standards in the construction of furniture and interior decoration with modern wooden panels lightweight.

The  lightweight  honeycomb  plate  EVROPANEL  is a new product for the  furniture , which is now produced in automatic production lines thanks to the development of technology, compressed production costs compared to traditional modes of production. In parallel, the development of new technology liaison gives the solution to the problem of effective ways of assembling such material in furniture and modern wooden constructions. A high rate relationship mechanical strength to density, light weight, but the ergonomics and good dimensional stability is of certain features of the product and which give the possibility of supply of these plates in thicknesses greater than those of conventional particleboard {based panels, of fibreboard (MDF), plywood, etc.} without disproportionate increase in weight. Based on these properties, the plate Evropanel is extremely competitive compared to conventional based panels and has prospects of acceptance from both the Greek and the European furniture industry in many product applications.

Constructed with a central core which is of  honeycomb  paper  or  cardboard  on both sides of the bearing surface of leaves  chipboard , which is coated with  melamine  or  veneer (veneer ). The use of honeycomb  cardboard  as middle layer to build the  EVROPANEL  has resulted in a product better mechanical properties compared to weight.

A further advantage is that as the final construct is composed of approximately 95% of air, giving excellent thermal and sound insulating properties, but also absorption capacity of any form of energy.

Based on the technical and aesthetic properties,  EVROPANEL  material is easily processed and can be used on any surface of furniture or woodwork, which requires high mechanical strength, low weight and high stability.
